The interior language is grounded in a palette of warm stone tones, soft neutrals and natural timber, creating a sense of continuity throughout the apartment. Living and dining spaces are open and fluid, anchored by herringbone timber flooring that adds rhythm and craftsmanship to the plan. Bespoke media walls and integrated storage are designed as architectural elements rather than applied furniture, allowing the spaces to feel considered and uncluttered. Lighting is carefully layered, with concealed LED detailing framing feature walls and joinery, complemented by sculptural pendants that introduce softness and visual interest.

Bedrooms are conceived as serene retreats, using upholstered bed forms, textured wall finishes and warm timber headboards to create comfort and depth. Natural daylight is filtered through soft window treatments, ensuring the rooms feel light while remaining private and calm. The material palette remains restrained, allowing texture and proportion to take precedence over colour.

Bathrooms and powder rooms are treated with a spa like sensibility. Stone inspired finishes, fluted wall tiles and integrated niches introduce tactility and subtle pattern, while black and brushed metal fittings provide contrast and definition. Bespoke vanity units with timber fronts and stone tops are paired with concealed lighting to enhance depth and create a warm, intimate atmosphere. Across all spaces, Shoa’s fitout execution focuses on precision detailing, clean junctions and seamless integration of services to deliver a timeless and functional interior.
