I-rise Office

The design language is anchored in a soft neutral palette of stone, warm beige and muted timber tones, creating an atmosphere that feels composed, welcoming and timeless. Natural light plays a central role in shaping the interiors, with full height glazing framing city views and allowing daylight to wash across workstations and circulation zones.

The reception area is conceived as a sculptural focal point, defined by a curved stone desk with integrated lighting that gently illuminates the space and reinforces a sense of arrival. Textured wall finishes, soft upholstery and sculptural lighting elements contribute to a hospitality driven first impression while maintaining a professional tone.

Open plan workspaces are arranged to encourage collaboration while preserving visual calm. Light toned workstations with integrated privacy screens are paired with ergonomic seating, allowing functionality to sit quietly within the architecture. Overhead, the exposed services ceiling is softened through the introduction of large sculptural acoustic lighting elements, which balance the industrial ceiling with warmth and visual rhythm.

Meeting and collaboration spaces are defined through material shifts and bespoke joinery rather than solid partitions. Herringbone timber flooring and framed architectural elements introduce subtle zoning, while bespoke shelving and display units add depth and texture without visual clutter. A curated selection of planting and sculptural elements introduces softness and a sense of natural balance within the workplace.

The pantry and informal meeting zone is designed as a social anchor within the office. Stone clad counters, warm timber cabinetry and pendant lighting create a relaxed, café like atmosphere that supports informal interaction and team engagement. Lighting throughout the office is carefully layered, combining concealed linear lighting, architectural spotlights and feature pendants to allow the environment to transition seamlessly throughout the day.
