I Rise Office 2

The office is conceived as a layered, experience-driven environment where openness and intimacy coexist. A restrained palette of soft neutrals, warm stone and dark timber establishes a refined foundation, while sculptural elements introduce a sense of identity and character. The exposed ceiling, finished in a muted tone, reveals the building’s infrastructure, lending an industrial edge that contrasts elegantly with the softness of the furnishings below.

Lighting plays a defining role throughout the space. Organic, cloud-like suspended fixtures create a rhythmic ceiling composition, softening the linearity of the architecture while providing diffused ambient light. This is complemented by integrated LED detailing within joinery, feature walls and shelving, adding depth and subtle visual layering.

The planning strategy prioritises transparency and flow. Open workstations are positioned along the perimeter to maximise natural light and panoramic city views, fostering a connection between the workspace and its urban context. Glass partitions and open shelving systems maintain visual continuity while subtly defining zones such as meeting rooms and executive areas.

The reception and lounge area are designed with a residential sensibility, featuring curved forms, textured upholstery and low-profile furniture that encourage informal interaction. A sculptural reception desk with fluted detailing anchors the entry sequence, while curated artwork and decorative elements add a gallery-like quality.

Materiality is central to the project’s identity. Marble-effect surfaces, ribbed wall panels and brushed finishes are carefully layered to create contrast and tactility without overwhelming the space. The integration of greenery, including a statement bonsai installation, introduces a biophilic element that softens the interior and enhances the overall atmosphere.
