SHOA completed a full fit-out for this private villa in Mudon, delivering a refined contemporary aesthetic with thoughtful contrasts and rich materiality. Crisp white walls are offset by bold black accents, while warm wooden LVT flooring flows throughout, grounding the space in comfort. Clean lines and contemporary furnishings define the interiors, enhanced by a brand-new kitchen and an ambient fireplace that adds warmth and sophistication. One of the standout features is the custom stone-effect TV wall — a highly individual and technically challenging element that was executed with seamless precision, showcasing SHOA’s attention to detail and craftsmanship. This sculpted wall, along with a coordinating stone feature wall, brings texture and a sense of permanence to the space. LED-lit stairs, modern handrails, and minimalist balustrades complete the design, reinforcing a sense of understated luxury.
