Details

The villa is conceived as a series of flowing volumes, where curved edges and seamless transitions replace traditional linear forms. The façade is sculpted to create depth and movement, with soft, rounded openings that frame glazing and outdoor terraces. This approach gives the architecture a monolithic yet fluid quality, as if the building has been carved rather than assembled.

A muted off-white render forms the primary material expression, allowing light and shadow to animate the façade throughout the day. Subtle recesses and protrusions create a dynamic play of highlights and depth, enhancing the building’s sculptural presence. The absence of harsh lines reinforces a sense of calm and cohesion, aligning the design with a more contemporary, almost futuristic residential language.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing is integrated within these organic openings, maintaining strong visual connections between interior and exterior. Living spaces extend naturally toward the pool and landscaped areas, reinforcing a lifestyle centred around openness, leisure and natural light. The upper-level terraces, defined by curved edges and transparent balustrades, offer elevated views while maintaining the villa’s soft architectural rhythm.

At ground level, the composition is anchored by more solid cylindrical forms, providing structural grounding and contrast to the lighter, more fluid upper volume. This balance between solidity and openness creates a harmonious architectural hierarchy.

The landscape design complements the architecture through simplicity and restraint. Clean paving lines, controlled greenery and minimal planting allow the building to remain the focal point, while elements such as the pool and outdoor pavilion introduce moments of relaxation and social engagement.

The entrance façade is treated with a more formal symmetry, where a vertical feature element and double-height glazing create a strong sense of arrival. This contrasts with the softer rear elevation, which is more open and lifestyle-oriented, reinforcing the duality between public presence and private living.
